Practice, practice, practice. Do 20 or more sketches a day for the next 30 days then see how much you have improved. Then do that for 12 months. You will be amazed at how practice will improve your art.
If after 12 months of regular, serious practicing of art and you feel you have significantly improved and still want to do art after all that practice then you are on your way!

Very nice. You should get someone to show it in their shop or restaurant or whatever. My daughter got a winery to show her art.
