when we medidate,our body and mind is numb and we feel empty inside with no good or bad thoughts ,no sensory feelings,no emotions,no anger,no sorrow ,no happiness and we feel light and empty;
when we reach this stage......we are filled with the bliss of pure light and sound,our soul rejoices and we feel complete .
you will feel complete when you meditate......
your mind will be empty of all the thoughts and feelings ...........
AND your soul will be filled (complete)with bliss....pure light...and sound..

Any time you come to the end of a milestone in life (finishing school, giving birth, even after Christmas holidays) you may feel complete, feel as though you've accomplished something and yet at the same time feel empty because you've lost something, your life is about to change & you might feel a little sad. I know I felt this way when I graduated university. I'd spent my whole life in school & finally wasn't a student anymore. It was weird. Though it was rewarding to be done & I was proud of my accomplishments, it was kind of sad & I felt empty at the thought of not being a student anymore, that that part of my life was over...

I suppose someone could feel that way having a long distance relationship with someone where you loved that person and felt complete while you also felt empty because that person was not with you.

The question is very deep and meaningful, I believe I am not as deep a person to answer it but that is the best response I have. =)

After raising a child and then having them leave the nest. You'd feel complete in the sense that you accomplished something, but empty because they're no longer living with you.

When a woman has given birth.

She would feel complete in that she has completed the task she started 9 months ago and has brought a new life into the world.

She would feel empty because her child is no longer inside her.
