Once you attach wide or tele converter,why must controlled by white balance filter?

because once I attach different converter like:- wide and tele converters,must controlled by a white balance filter,why was that so?

The attaching of a convertor makes no difference to the white balance in any way. You control this either automatically or manually just as iyou would with no convertor fitted.
