Childrens picture book that i am desperate to find!! please Help!!

I was in primary school when I had a book that I loved, I am pretty sure that it had no words but it was beautifully illustated. The main character was a smart gentleman who wore a bowler hat, (not Mr Benn) and he went for a walk in the park, He walked past some railings and in the background there was alwasy something wrong, like an apple on the wall or a chimney on upside down and I think it finished off with him sat on a bench in the park. I really can't remember what it was called and please please help me as I want to buy it for my baby cousin. Thanks in advance.

Those who have money act like it is nothing. I would like to see how long they would last without their money. Personally I am tired of being poor. But I am not beautiful, smart or come from a good family. Only way I will ever have lots of money is if someone gives it to me.

I saw an old MASH show in which a N. Korean was killed as he was taking the boots of what he thought was a dead soldier. The Korean's feet was frostbitten and he was shot by his own weapon.
So I ask, What is a man's life worth? A Pair of boots or because my God beats you God or because you walk upon my land.

my mum is currently tracing our family tree and we are both really into our family history...weve just found out the my great-great grandfather owned a fruit shop in queen street portsmouth uk in the late 1800's, i dont know much about tracing family history but is there any possible way i can find a picture of the shop or information because she would absolutely love that...especially if i could get a picture...thanks or your help x
