What do you call books that give you the option of the next move in the adventure? Where depending on your choice you turn to a different page. Also, do you have any titles that would be a good choice for an adult that is really easy to read? Or, a good website to search for this type of book? Thanks

If Angels were made into matter, then they would no longer could or would be infinitely small. So then, how can you know just about how many Angels you could fit onto the tip of an average pin?

This is yet another question that has thwarted many philosophers dealing with the topic of the material world and the subject of infinity in relation to it, as well as spirits and beings in sub-dimensions and their effect and existence on our world.

Please answer as well as you can, because I havn't been able to find any good answers anywhere, even by some of our greater thinkers. Thanks in advance for all answers.

This story talks about the sweetness of apples that aren't perfect and explores the life and romance of one girl (at least) who is also not perfect or living within the norms of society at the time. I read it a long time ago and only have a vague memory of the details and would love to find it again. Thanks!

"I'd rather be ashes than dust.
I would rather my spirit go out in a burning flame
than that it be stifled with dry rot.
I would rather be a splendid meteor, streaking across the sky,
every atom in my being a magnificent glow,
than to be a sleepy and permanent planet.
For life is to be lived and not to just exist,
and I will not waste my precious, precious days
simply trying to prolong them.
I will use every moment of my time,
and I will live every day to the fullest."

I read it when I was younger, and I remember being both saddened and enamoured with it. It's slightly paranormal and does, in fact, deal with the song the most people know the chorus to. So...I'm lookig for it, as I would like to read it again!

I am teaching The Giver and would like another title that is a fairly quick read for another group of students. Easy reader is okay. Could be a picture book, if one exists. Short story would be great.

Well, i have been painting since i was 8 but in the past 2 years i have whipped out quite a few things including watercolors, oils, and pencils... Now im getting a large inventory of pieces (around 50 or so) and i want to start selling some.. im not realy emotionally attached to any of them so it wont be that hard to "give them up" but i dont want the to go for no money. I know I'm only 15 but i love the arts and, not to be conceited, but some of my stuff is pretty decent. If you would like to see some follow this link... http://www.nikoncafe.com/vforums/showthread.php?t=93451 anyways... i live in a small town of about 5k and dont really know how to get my name out there and my stuff for people to see, so i dont know where i could "advertise" if you have any ideas of what i could do to try to promote myself to selling some of my pieces i would appreciate the the time. If it helps, i live about 45 minutes from Cleveland Ohio, or about 2 1/2 hours from columbus.

I realize most commercial headshots are smiling and theatricals have aserious tone. However, I am debating with friend that depending on what you plan on sending headshot out for, what character types, etc a smile is not a 100% close no-no albeit maybe not in the mainstream.
