Both the wise and the fools don't have to imagine peace. They both have it. The wise because they know how to find it even in a violent world and the fool because their blissful ignorance is a sort of peace. What they don't know can't hurt them.

Depending on the type of peace you are asking. A wise one would have found inner peace, while the indulged fool would keep on imagining the meaning of...peace.

Peace is when conflict is resolved.
