u are locked in a cage, in front of you there are 2 doors and two men guarding each door one door leads to freedom and the other to a painful death, one of the men always tells the truth and the other only lies...U have but one question to any of them to know which one is the man who tells the truth and he will guide you to freedom...
The men are equal like twins and they only answer questions referrring to themselves, they dont have any perception of the world around...
What question will u do to know which one is the one who always tell the truth
It is a very old one...but if u dont know the answer it is a good brain exercise...tomorrow the solution

I am a student and a teacher of the Holy Bible. I love talking about it but it's hard to find people who share this interest. Apparently, most people don't have time for it unless they are in church. How sad...

For example 1 B.C than turns into 1 A.D. What about the years that he lived. What are they called?

I think so. Nothing really maters. I would like to score with a hot chick who drinks too much though...before I turn to dust.

Is that too much to ask?

I feel like the my path to enlightenment is going nowhere, and that was my last hope. Everything else sucks, no job, I have no friends/we dont talk any more, just my imagination and hope. What sucks is that I have these dreams about different parellels of my life. Even my subconcious know that I have made a mess of what could have been a good, fun life. At different points I had good things going for me. But now, this misery I feel is masked with a thin linning of hope, but man it is getting tougher and tougher to breathe...well sorry for the rant, but if you have any ideals/suggestions let me know. I need more than a bible verse.

Maybe if you know some websites or something. I've already tried searching on the yahoo search engine and can't seem to find anything. If you could help me out I'd really appreciate it.

I am not talking about great race horses, but rather horses such as Bucefalo/Bucephalus who belonged to Alexander the Great, or Rocinante who belonged to Don Quixote. Horses of historical or literary renown.

The calculus of friendship is complex,
The variable's to vast and wide to chart,
But no equation solving x for x,
Can change the mathematics of the heart,
At first I only saw you with my eyes,
A purge of fire that forged a gaze of steel,
As if to my own self I could disguise,
The truths that are too painful to reveal,
But you saw me with eyes that bore within,
To places hidden secret from plain view,
And did not run nor judge where I had been,
Accepting me more the more that you knew,
But in those eyes your secret I can tell,
Is that you see,
So you will be seen as well.

Do you think that beautiful is something that is within someone, or is society totally focused upon how a woman or a man looks on the outside and not even caring what kind of "human" being they are inside...
Discribe to me, what is YOUR definition of beautiful...
Please do not give credit to something someone else has said, come up with origional thoughts here...-smiles-

I just read Ender's Game and loved it. My library also had Speaker of the Dead, Xenocide, and Ender's Shadow.

Which should I read first? Ender's Shadow is an alternative perspective to the first book so even though it came out later it might be good to read now.

It is a very small library so unless I buy them myself I will never get to read the entire Ender's Game series. Do any of the books I listed end on a cliffhanger? I really don't want to have to purchase the whole series.
