Maybe if you know some websites or something. I've already tried searching on the yahoo search engine and can't seem to find anything. If you could help me out I'd really appreciate it.

Genealogy.com, i use google its a lot better than the classic searches. You find way more information out there! Do you know where your family first came from? You can try looking at the records in the court house. Good Luck!

it isn't basic to specify and pinpoint the position your ancestors originated from. yet pondering your household surnames and actual positive aspects, i am going to anticipate a minimum of a few of your ancestry lies in large Britain. Akerman sounds like a German very last call. Smith is unquestionably of English foundation. Franks should be Ashkenazi Jewish or per chance purely English.

The VERY first place to start when looking up information on your family is the oldest members of your family. Remember at one time they were the little grandchildren of your Great-Great Grandparents. So they know alot.

It is the ole devil trying to destroy your soul. Stop and look up to Heaven and Pray that God bind the devil and his Demons and cast them out of your life. Cast them as far as the east is from the west. Ask God to forgive you of your sins and to come into your heart and save you. In Christ's Holy name I Pray. Amen

THERE HAS NOT FAILED ONE WORD OF ALL HIS GOOD
PROMISE, WHICH HE PROMISED BY THE HAND OF MOSES
HIS SERVANT.
( 1 KINGS 8:56 *KJV )

Dear ----------,
Did you know that there are 8,910 promises in
the Bible? There
are 7,706 promises in the Old Testament, and 1,104
promises in
the New Testament! That is a total of 8,910
promises in all!

Now you will find that God made 7,485 promises
to mankind,
and mankind made 1,416 promises to God. [ The
remaining 9
promises were made by satan to mankind! Most of
those you
will find in the Book of JOB.]

Well ----------, these 7,485 promises from God
to us just about
cover all of the bases! Isn't it wonderful that
we have a Heavenly
Father that is gracious enough to give us all of
those promises?
A God that also anticipates all of our needs and
often sends us
help even before we ask Him too. After all it is
written; HE SHALL
GIVE HIS ANGELS CHARGE OVER YOU, TO KEEP YOU IN ALL

YOUR WAYS. ( PSALM 91:11 )

So, HAVING THEREFORE THESE PROMISES, DEARLY
BELOVED, LET US CLEANSE OURSELVES FROM ALL
FILTHINESS OF THE FLESH AND SPIRIT, PERFECTING
HOLINESS IN THE FEAR OR GOD. ( 2 CORINTHIANS 7:1 )

Therefore -----------, why not enjoy your day
thinking about
how well GOD has taken care of you, and knowing
that HE
always will! Amen.

With My Love & Prayers,
your servant.

Wendy said it. But there might be others. I could do it for you, if I knew your last name. But I think you should look it up. Another option is type your last name into your browser, see what pops up. Then type something such as last name origin, and see what you find.

Rootsweb is great ~ they have message boards for most surnames and you can browse though all the postings and ask your own questions, not only about the general history of your surname but more specific ones as well. It's supported by ancestry.com but is free.

Some of the MORMON (LDS) has some research libraries that can help you look up your family name. And the resources are free.
