It is a very old one...but if u dont know the answer it is a good brain exercise...tomorrow the solution

Ask either man 'which door would the other man say has death on the otherside?'.
Then do the opposite of whatever he says. If the man is the one who tells the truth, then he will tell you what the other man says, which would be a lie. Thus, you would avoid death by doing the opposite of whatever he answers.
If, however, the one you ask is the one who lies, he will tell you the opposite of what the other man would say. That would be the truth, but saying the opposite would make it a lie. Thus, you would again survive if you did the opposite of the answer.
Phew, that's confusing! Am I right?

are these guards also morons?
what if the guard that always lies is clever enough to know that you expect him to lie and point to the wrong door?
If he always lies then...
he would then lie about the lie, and point to the correct door, thus deceiving you into taking the door that leads to death.
OOPS!!!
another bad riddle. what is the world coming to?
I hate bad riddles, especially ones that have nothing whatsoever to do with life.

I would ask one of them if they have any perception of the world around. The one who tells me 'No' is the truth teller.

I would ask them, am I dead?
One would say no, you are alive (the truthful one)
The one that told lies would say yes, you are dead
Or if you had a differnet answer
Simply ask them the time, the liar would tell you a incorrect time.
