I Like Your Thinking

A teacher asks her class, "If there are five birds sitting on a fence and you shoot one of them, how many will be left?" She calls on little Johnny.
"None, they all fly away with the first gunshot."

The teacher replies, "The correct answer is four, but I like your thinking." Then Little Johnny says, "I have a question for YOU. There are three women sitting on a bench having ice cream. One is delicately licking the sides of the triple scoop of ice cream. The second is gobbling down the top and sucking the cone. The third is biting off the top of the ice cream. Which one is married?"

The teacher, blushing a great deal, replies, "Well I suppose the one that's gobbled down the top and sucked the cone."

"The correct answer is the one with the wedding ring on... but I like your thinking."

I had a question about my parenting plan. Does the cevaluator come up with a parenting plan that she reccomends to the court? or does she create a document about us as parents and that is presented to the court and a parenting plan is developed from that by the judge, us and our lawyers.
My daughter's father was abusive toward me in our marriage. After reviewing all of my evidence, I feel confident that the evaluation will come out favorably toward me.
But I am afraid of my x. I am afraid for my current husband and his children too because they live in our household. While married to him he did threaten to kill me on more than one occasion. I have reason to believe that there could be a real danger if his custody or visitation is changed.
Can I ask the custody evaluator to request a PO for me and my family? There was never one granted. My lawyer is conservative and feared that if we asked for one and it was denied that the initial request for one could look like I am vindictive.

He does a fantastic job on everyone else's projects, but not our own.

His problem is that he wants the house to have the nicest and we cannot afford it, so he starts a project here and then loses interest. Ironically, he does wonderful work when he's motivated with money. I've lived with several projects unfinished for almost 15 years now and really really want to get the house finished.

Ladies, how do you get your husbands to finish the projects?

(By the way, bribing with sex or meals doesn't work - I've tried this, and he doesn't trust me with a hammer either).

Ethanol has less energy than gas and FOOD has to be taken from being FOOD to make energy for Vehicles. Does this seem sane to anyone? The cost in energy to produce Ethanol is higher than OIL not to mention it gets less per gallon miles than Oil so why is everyone on this bandwagon?
Now for battery powered cars. What do we do with all the batteries of older cars when they eventually stop working properly? Imagine all those batteries in landfills leaking acids into the ground water! That is not a better alternative than the oil we use now or am I wrong?
Hydrogen is the way to go but we are far from that achievemen and it has to be worked out in the private sector or again am I wrong?
If you want to save OIL then we need more NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS not oil or coal burning plants think of the amount of oil we could save to put to get prducts such as tires, plastics, and gas and diesel and av-gas. Am I wrong again?
