Is there a religion that is truly united in it's beliefs no matter where in the world they are. I mean, if left here (United States)and moved to another country, for instance. iIke China or Thailand, Tanzania or Scotland, could I find the exact teaching there as well? A religion totally united? Is there one? I would think that if there was one, that would be the one that has God's blessing.

I know the Constitution very well and try as I might, I haven't been able to find any violations. Everything he has done is covered (not specifically) in Presidential Powers in the Constitution and Amendments. Presidential powers are fairly open to interpretation (ex.: Supreme Court decisions), like other perceived or actual citizen rights and the like.

Our government has proven time and time again that when they try to meddle in military affairs our troops just end up dead. So I say when shiit goes down leave it up to the professionals who actually know what they are doing. Rather than some dumb @ss in an aircondioned room thousands of miles away that does not know didly about tactics or warfare.
What do you guys think?

It was really weird I felt I couldnt sleep but felt like I wasnt awake. My mind played out things I'd done in my past and not the good ones, 35 years old it was a long night!! I even felt ashamed at one point (even though its the past and cant be changed)

Why did this happen, at one point I thought it was because I was dying and welcomed it!! Dont get me wrong I am a little down right now as I was made redundant a month ago but I am not suicidal and know that i will get one soon.

I felt like it was punishment in some way?? I did have a bit of a temperature but hadnt taken anything for it as it wasnt serious. Any honest sensible ideas, ??

So, this past weekend I went to go visit my fiance's parents. This trip was meant to just be a time where they could gte to know me and my 2-year-old boy. Also, My fiance's dad is our minister for the wedding (he also married both of my fiance's sisters). This weekend, however, ended up being a nightmare. His dad read us the ceremony he prepared without us, and it included about 5 passages from the bible that he beleives in, but I dont. (note: I am Catholic, and their family is Born-Agains) So now, because the ceremony is suppose to be in my parents backyard, my dad is furious about the passages (stuff about a helphand? and man is higher than woman???). Finally, I just asked my fiance if he could tell his dad to eliminate all passages he had, and that him and I should look for them ourselves, to find some that better describe us. Did I do the right thing? Anyone have any other suggestions for what I could do? (sorry this is so long :( )

ive always wondered, i sleep with my head next to the window. and i have a plethera of dreams every night, and i mostly sleep with the curtain pulled back so the moon shines in my room. i occasionally sleep with it closed though, and it seems to effect my dreams but im not sure. and does the size and shape of the moon effect my dreams too?
