Unlikely but theoretically possible. Obviously it would require missing all vital organs and getting immediate attention before bleeding to death. People have survived plane crashes, parachute failures, race car pile-ups and other spectacular accidents against the odds.

yes, just depends if the rounds hit vital organs...i know a guy who took about 27 rounds, 18 of them in his armor and the rest in his arms and legs and he is still roaming the earth

In 1975 2 of us had stopped at our neighborhood hangout (Germany), we were still in fatigues. There was an old guy there that dug his spurs into us. This guy was scarred as if he had been burned, chewed and spit out. Claimed he had been a Fighter Pilot during WWII and was shot down buy US or British Anti-Aircraft. He was ranting pretty good and the owner was translating. Evidently he had been hit by .50 Cal rounds in the neck, torso and one shoulder. Not sure who fixed him up.
The scars were very real. He pulled up his shirt to show us.

I would have to say from that display, if true, that the human body can put up with lot's of trauma.

I will add that I saw a video (1980's) of a parachutist that fell at least 5000 ft to land face down on a runway in the Phoenix area. The guy bounced at least once. He was unconscious for over an hour but had only minor injuries.

Its possible, but unlikely.

Its possilbe.

Was it all at one time or 19 incidents? If it was one at a time, then yes its possible.

What type of bullet was it? Armor piercing bullets don't do a lot of damage, they just go through armor where a regular bullet doesnt.

Does getting hit in body armor and not wounding count? Our body armor stops AK47 rounds. In Grenada, a soldier was shot at 10 meters with an AK47 in the helmet and only got a sprainged neck.

What body part was hit? Arms and legs are not as fatal.

It would be a miracle.

Absolutely - it just depends where they're shot.

If the rounds miss vital organs and the blood loss is small (assuming you're being treated quickly for shock), you can survive. As an example - if all 19 rounds went through your left hand..... you would probably survive (missing most of your hand, though).

Yes..

There was a really fat guy in Texas that the cops shot repeatedly and he did not go down. Turns out he was so fat the bullets did not penetrate into his chest or abdominal cavities.

Sometimes a person is shot and it is only a very mild grazing would. A nick. That counts as getting shot.

Sometimes he is wearing a bullet proof vest and even thought he is shot, none of the bullets get through the vest. He still has a nasty bruise and that counts as "being shot."

Lastly, if the distance is great the round may be almost out of power and just gives you a tap and falls to the ground. Only saw that once.

It depends on where they get shot and if the have body armor on. It is unlike that some one could even if the only got shot in the arms and legs only. Also if it is not all at the some time then yes they could lets say shot once every 3 weeks in a leg or arm.
If shot anywhere else and with out body armor it is highly highly unlikely.
