Me and this guy I was working with were friends at work. I had the hots for him but he was really shy and wouldn't ask me out so eventually I asked him and he accepted willingly. We then started a booty call thing that went on for five months. He would call at night and ask me to come over (always for the booty call) but asked that I spend the rest of the night with him just cuddling but we never talked much at all. After a time I told him I liked him and wanted more like doing things together (watching movies or sports). We stayed doing the booty calls for a while later but then suddenly he stopped calling. So I began to process it and begin to move on. Suddenly after two months of absence he called me to say he was sorry for acting like a jerk and that he missed me. Is he still trying to just begin another booty call series or does he maybe have feelings for me too? Or did something else maybe drop out and he needs it again? He didn't ask me for the booty call :"yet".

I am going on vacation tommorow in Florida. And my family plans on going swimming. Unfortunatly, I got my period on Christmas, and still have it. So, I am going to need to use a tampon, and do not want to screw up. If it helps, I have the Playtex Gentle Glide tampons.

i know that when your hands are touching each other, you are working your triceps, and when your hand and further than shoulder length, you are working your pecs. so if you have your hands and shoulder length, you are working your pecs and triceps about equally at the same time right?

but my question is, is it better to do around 30 push-ups shoulder length, or do like 10 shoulder length, 10 with hands touching, and 10 with hands further than shoulder length?

and also, what percent of your bodyweight are you lifting when doing a push up? i weigh around 150 and im 5'8" so how much do i lift when doing a pushup. and is it about equal to doing a benchpress? is there some kind of equation to calculating this?
