My Ex & I divorced in MN & now both Live in ND (Same City). We have split custody. Right now he has them EVERY weekend (Friday night to Monday night)They now are going to have him start paying Child support in Jan. 08. He's pretty upset about this cause he has them Almost 50% of the time.(More like Him 41%, Me 59%). He feels since we have them almost 50-50 that he should get some kind of decuction in his payments. He said if he had to pay the full amount, he wants (or needs) to reduce his visitation to Every other weekend, as he needs to get another job to pay the child support & all his other bills. I'm perfectly fine with him switching it to every other weekend but my question is:

Since we divorced in MN (thats where the child visitation was determined) do I have to go back to MN to have this changed or can I do it in ND, since thats where both of us live now. Are there any requirements to having this changed?

memories i hate from 6th grade:
having a teacher bully me (for half an hour) into 'confessing' i'd forged my mom's signature even though they had called her and my mom confirmed that she had signed it.

teacher calling my house and then threatening my older sister because she though it was me on the phone, lying about my mom not being home.

teacher throwing garbage can across the room in a rage. she was angry because she said we probably called her an old witch amongst ourselves. gee.. wonder why she'd think that?

teacher dropping a new schoolbook as she issues it to me, then later says she doesn't remember, charges me $30

i was only 11 so those things made me feel pretty bad.

freshman year:

teachers gossiping about me and giggling. then accusing me of copying a paper because i had 'captured the genre too well'. strange :|

white spanish teacher who cried an entire class period because she though we were making fun of her accent. hahaha

Please elaborate if you understand the question. I'm lead to believe that most don't have a clue about what they believe because their beliefs are driven by what they feel and heresay mainly and rarely on knowledge and documentation. I want to see who is merely ranting and who really believes and understands his God(of choice). No matter what you believe in; this questions for you.

i am in relationship since 3 years.we were very good in beginning but things hav gone worse since one year.he has become very agressive n beats me and abuse me with words like ***** and all.he wants me to break relation with all my old friends n which i am unable to do,i have never heard such words ever in my whole life n never got even a slap from my parents.i feel very humiliating and ashamed of myself.i dont want to break off too since we also love each other a lot n proper committed and dedicated.but when he abuse n hit me i feel like killing myself.i feel so much hurt that i cant even face myself in mirror.i dont want to loose him.i hav often tried to talk to him calmly but he become agressive when v discuss and stop discussion.he always give one explanation for his abuse and beat tht u instigated me.i m getting frustated and lonely day by day but i cant even end my life as i hav vry lovely parents and i m only child.please help me what to do.i just want my love back.

This is for an article I'm writing. I won't say which side I'm on.
I just need to know if any of this is true. Please do not answer my question if you do not live in a country with Universal Healthcare. it's difficult to find the truth when a lot about it comes from biased reports from a secondhand point of view.
I heard that you have to wait a long time. That getting a general practitioner is easy but if you need a specialist you have to wait, sometimes even a few months. How long do you really have to wait?

A man was in his front yard mowing grass when his attractive blonde female neighbor came out of the house and went straight to the mailbox.

She opened it then slammed it shut and stormed back in the house. A little later she came out of her house again went to the mailbox and again, opened it, slammed it shut again. Angrily, back into the house she went.

As the man was getting ready to edge the lawn, here she came out again, marched to the mail box,opened it and then slammed it closed harder than ever.

Puzzled by her actions the man asked her,"Is something wrong?"

Alright, so my friend has not been going to church for the past few months because her mother always forced her to and she didn't really like the idea of it in the first place. Now for some reason, she wants to go to church one more time before the New Year. Why, I've no idea.
I myself was raised in a family where no religion was forced upon me. I never had to go to church or pray before I eat or anything like that. While I respect other religions, I am happily an atheist.
I’ve decided that I’m probably going to go with my friend to support her. My question is, what exactly am I supposed to do? Is there any way I can detach myself from the church-happenings without being rude?

Is there any alternative in Australia to the AIS. I know that its the top of the line training facility in Australia but the problem is that it is located in Canberra. I would much prefer to live in Queensland and was wondering if there is anything like the AIS anywhere other then in Canberra.

Well i can't control the heater's on/off, so will wrapping the heaters pipes and vents tightly reduce or stop the heat completly? It's burning in my room.

ok, so i know nowadays we have glasses and contacts to give us all better vision.

i wear contacts. i dont exactly know my vision, its definetely not 20/20 vision. but on my contacts prescription and everything it says -2.00 for my right and left eye.

If i were to keep wearing my contacts about everyday, Would it take years for my vision to go back to normal? or how long would you think it'd take?

should i consider getting laser eye surgery so that they can permanetely be 20/20 vision?
