I was reading "FIGHT YOUR TICKET AND WIN". If I send in an informal discovery request and if my request is ignored for over 15 days, I can make a written motion to dismiss the case. How to I file that?

Examples of Everett's many-worlds theory of quantum mechanics invariably give an example of a one-time measurement, rather than a continuous process like detecting radioactive decay with a geiger counter. The theory would seem to say that at every moment there is a division into a decay world and a non-decay world, which would lead to an infinity of worlds in every time period, however short, and offer no way to deal with half-life and the probability of decay. (Probability seems like a problem with the theory even in the ordinary measurement case.)

I never used my paypal for the last 7months and just this christmas(holiday) i bought 5 items on diff sellers on ebay like 10 bucks each items. I quickly paid it after using BUY IT NOW items and checked my status on ebay that's PENDING on 25th of xmas. And now its december 27th 8:30PM pacific time i checked my bank account online (not ebay) and paypal charged me all 5 items i ordered BUT when i looked on my ebay account on MY EBAY site my payment status still PENDING on paypal i dont understand it should said PAID or CLEARED right!. I tried to check all my accounts debit and credit card and its all updated and got some money in there too. why it take so long to cleared or paid the status of all my items on ebay. Im afraid of all sellers might say negative feedback for not paying them and but my bank deducted me already. is it gonna take 3 to 5 days to clear my payments? never happened that before when i used to buy on ebay long ago, just now. maybe i should contact-email the sellers.

I have 2 hunting dogs, a 5 year old Springer and a 8 year old Lab.


My baby girl, the Springer, gets very jealous around our Lab.


She craves attention and so on.


Our Lab is a sweet tempered loving boy.

Me and my boyfriend are going to Sydney for a few days in the second week of February. We'll be staying in a hotel in the CBD, just wondering if anyone knew of anything interesting to do while we're there? We'd like to try and stay in/near the CBD as we won't have a car but will be relying on public transport. Anything from activities, good places to dine, or even a nice hotel if you know of one. And PLESE dont suggest the harbor bridge, give me some credit and assume that i'd already thought of that one :P Oh and also the gay and lesbian mardi gras is then as well, we'd like to steer clear of that :)

I have read on here that the "Hertz" brand of flea control causes medical problems, what about the Shampoo?
I use the "Hertz" flea and tick shampoo with oatmeal on my pooches is that also bad?

I have been with my current gf for 2.5 months and we just had sex for the first time the other night. I would assume the primary purpose of any organism's life is to survive. In today's world, however, it is no longer much of a challenge for a person (in most situations) to survive to old age. Does this take away from our sence of purpose? Or is there a secondary purpose to our lives? I was thinking this secondary purpose might be security or happiness. Saved money can provide security by letting you know you can always get the things you need. Is that why we love it so much? Or do we just want money because society tells us that we should want money? Or do we want more money in order to feel superior to those who dont have so much? The other thing I've been thinking about is happieness and how to acheive it. I know everyone finds joy in different things. I like yoyos and running. But true happiness is harder to find. Is it love? Safety? Fulfillment? Purpose? Lastly, whats more important to have in life, money or happieness?

On one side of the issue that favors UH, they say that UH is the best possible choice of healthcare. Everyone get's treated, regardless of your young, old, employed or unemployed, rich or poor, it dosen't matter. Eveyone get's free health care and the system we have now is run by greedy HMO's who care more about profits than health.

On the other side of the issue however, they say UH is a total mess and it'll only make things worse: long waiting lines, seeing a doctor who may not specialize with your health condition, UH is 'communism', 'socialized medicine', and that our system we currently have now is in fact the best. You are guaranteed to get treated and get medical care so long as you have the money to pay for it.

I watched the movie 'Sicko' by Michael Moore and I must say, I was rather shocked and impressed with the data he provided.

However, I also hear that the man is notorious for twisting up the facts and only showing the stuff that support his views.
