I was reading "FIGHT YOUR TICKET AND WIN". If I send in an informal discovery request and if my request is ignored for over 15 days, I can make a written motion to dismiss the case. How to I file that?

Talk to the Clerk Of the Court. They have to help most attorneys with their motions.

The discovery request will be granted, but they are allowed to charge you a reasonable fee. For that reason, you will need to appear in person, or submit the fee with your request.

It sounds to me like you are trying to beat this ticket on a technicality. That rarely works. If you can provide evidence against the charge, by all means, contest it. If you are trying to catch them on a technicality, you are probably wasting your time.

Don't rely on a website for a defense, talk to an attorney.

YOU HAD BEST GET AN ATTORNEY TO DO THIS FOR YOU.
1) YOU CAN FILE PRO SE.
2) YOU CANNOT FILE A DISCOVERY FOR A TRAFFIC TICKET? (ISCOVERY IS FOR A FELONY)
3) YOU CAN GO TO COURT AND PLEAD YOUR CASE.
4) 15DAYS? WHERE DID THIS COME ABOUT?

COURTS HAVE A 30 DAYS RESPONSE TIME AND A 30 DAY REPLY TIME=60DAYS

THIS FIGHT YOUR TICKET AND WIN IS A SCAM TO BUY A BOOK??

Bad choice to prepare a defense - What state are you in - and who/whom is this request sent too???? Are you talking about a motion of discovery?

call your State Bar association, and contact the criticism Committee. clarify and ask in case you are able to document a criticism document against your felony expert for being ineffective, charging you for submitting a action to withdraw as guidance out of your case and/or what he stated as a loose consultation. A loose consultation is loose, in case some human beings have not heard. If he wasted his time, nicely, this is in simple terms difficult... it is going with the territory... there is not any ensures in existence that asserts that everytime a felony expert/felony expert steps outdoors it is going to rain dollar expenses on him/her.
