My baby will be four weeks old tomorrow, and is very restless during the day, then sleeps in the afternoon, and restless again all night. I wondered if taking him for a walk would be okay and would help him get tired and maybe sleep better. I thought maybe the fresh air would help? I live in Maryland and it is 45 degrees outside? Is that too cold for a jaunt around the block?

A 28 year-old sewage-worker returns from a five-day hunting trip in Oklahoma with joint pain and swelling. He was in good health until he noticed knee pain and swelling three days ago. Since that time, he has also experienced pain and swelling in both wrists, and the right ankle. Two days ago he noticed an erythematous (red) rash with occasional pustules over his left wrist and left knee. He had a fever last night, and he had such severe night sweats that he had to change his bed-clothes. He has had a headache on and off for the past several years, but it seems worse now. He has a mild non-productive cough but no shortness of breath. He notes eating at a local restaurant one week ago where he had raw oysters. He has also indulged in some of the city’s best heroin and the pleasure that bear not speak its name (i.e., unprotected sex with prostitutes).

These usually take me 5 hours to figure out, so any help would be appreciated. :-)

I hate having to admit my parents don't understand me. My mom is extremely one sided and only believes what she thinks is right and my dad agrees with her every single time. I met and fell in love with the most amazing person of my life a year ago. Yes I am 18, but he has taught me things my parents never have...like how to appreciate life and be respectful to those who are disrespectful to you, not to be afraid to stand up for what you believe in, how to love someone, being more confident and not letting things get the best of me, etc. I feel like I haven't learned these things from my parents because whenever i get in trouble i get yelled and screamed at. My boyfriend never screams at me when I do something wrong and I actually learn and have so much more respect for him. My parents feel my world revolves around him and that I'm out of control. I was even blamed today for one day being the death of my mother because of her heart problems. How can I emotionally handle this?

i'm building a new computer from the bottom up. I used to have a HP and still have the windows xp disk that came with that system. Is there anyway I could install the OS in the new computer I build? Would just plugging in my current hard drive work?

Has anyone else read Theres a god on the Mic by Kool Mo Dee. What did y'all think? For anyone who hasn't read it he rated the top 50 MCs in his opinion (as of 2002) using a system of 17 categories such as Flow, Battle Skills, Impact (social and industry), Poetic Value, Originality and other so called necessary qualities of an MC. His top 5 were 1. Melle Mel 2. Rakim 3. KRS-One 4. Big Daddy Kane 5. Himself (Kool Mo Dee)
anyways if you haven't read it I suggest reading it for kicks if nothing else.

guy how would you react if a gal friend( 7 months older than you) told you she had feelings for you?

This is a two-parter question...

First of all, I don't know the title, but I'm looking for a movie, about a failed hack artistic painter, who all of a sudden, finds respect, fame and fortune, when he starts using human blood on his paintings (something like 'A Bucket of Blood', but it's in color)...

Second, I'm looking for some websites that display macabre and gruesome horror artwork; I'm redecorating my living room, and I am looking for inspiration (if someone knows where those scary paintings are, which Rod Serling used to display, in his introductions to the old 'Night Gallery' episides, that would be most excellent)...

My husband and I have a great relationship. There's nothing wrong with that. This is about me. I'm in my mid 30's and I'm wondering when I will hit my sexual peak. I hear everyone talk about it. We have fun when we do but I want to be more in the mood than I am. Any suggestions. The craving and want to is there but when it comes down to it, I would rather sleep. I know that sounds bad but I don't want to be that way. Am I alone on this one?
