My husbad and I are going through child custody battle for our 4 children. Unfortunately, I left them with him temporary to relocate in another state and plan on returning for them. He now wants to fight for custody. The thing is he is a state trooper and he is very irresponsible and I feel unfit to continue to have custody of our children. When he comes home he leaves his gun out all over the place (kitchen counter, kitchen table, top of the frig, and even in the middle of the bahtroom floor!). Our son once was found showing it off to a friend. He also leaves the house wide open, the doors unlocked, the windows up, the curtains wide open, all the lights on at night when everyone is asleep in bed while he leaves the house to go run errors and thinks it's ok. I am the one primarily involved in their lives, school work and activities. Since I left grades have dropped to D's and F's from A's & B's. Is this enough to get custody even though he has them now and will try to claim abandonment

I would like to learn some sort of self-defense but also a tactical form of fighting. No heavy flip the person/ punch their lights out etc. due to the fact that i have some back problems. I have dance training--> something light on your feet. I've also read about this form of training using a staff, anything of the sort would be great. Thanks for following this stretched out description, but I'm ready for a self-disciplined form of fighting.

PS: I've tried capoeira and liked it a lot but there aren't many places that offer this in my area.

I am a 27 year old female who has one semester left in college before getting my B.S. in Zoology. Unfortuantely university doesn't provide dental care and I have had an absess for 3 years now. I have developed chronic headaches, fatigue, dizziness, loss of appetite and neck pain, and blurry vision for a few months now. I guess I am going to die because no one will help. I have faith in God that He wouldn't want me to die and if there is anyone out there who cares enough to even say a prayer for me please do, because I don't have a family that cares to help me with prayer or the expense. So please pray that if I die my son will be close to God always and not feel alone like I do right now.

My husband is hearing impaired. Not completely deaf but he does wear hearing aids. Was wondering if this could be a big factor for him trying to become a conductor with NS? Any additional info in regards to NS and there conductor training would be great.

The top part of my left shoulder hurts and part of my neck. And when i breath or even laugh the pain is unbearable. there is also pain in my shoulder blade. I had work last night and we did have to lift some heavy boxes and it started hurting sometime last night. I dont know what i did to it. Can anyone help me? And maybe suggest a really good over the counter pain medicine.

My son just turned 1 and I am anxiously looking forward to getting him his first dirtbike on his 2nd birthday. Of course his mom thinks it is too dangerous but I have been riding for many years and feel that as long as I teach him safety he will be fine. What do you all think?

tried it and for sure know friends who do...doctors and politicians do worst drugs doesnt make sence to me at all all this tax payers dollars can be used to prosecute child molesters and rapists...and helping parents find there missing children we lost the war on drugs time to concentrate on bigger issues well if i was president i would do this but we know u need big money to win a election anyway

Why does the Christian religion put more stock in what Paul wrote than what any of the original diciples wrote? Paul didn't even become a Christian until after Jesus was crucified but he has more writings included in the Bible than any of the actual diciples that walked with and knew Jesus when He was alive. I am a Christian so I am not trying to offend anyone. I am just curious.

I have raised my stepdaughter has my own since she was three years old, her real mother had passed away.Now she is getting married and wants a picture to be present of her real mother. I feel very hurt because at three yrs old what memories can she have of her real mother.I am the one that has been there all these years and now she is 28 yrs old. and still there for her.i feel this is disrespect to me. she can carry her mother in her heart and keep all the pictures she wants but why bring it to her wedding?need some opinions..

Why is it that I don't know anybody on the NBA rosters anymore execpt the "Star(s)" of the team! What happened to those role players you knew off the top of your head like Charles Oakley, BJ Armstrong, Vinnie Johnson, Jerome Kersey, Mark Jackson, Buck Williams, Mookie Blaylock, Dana Barros, Kenny Anderson, Terrell Brandon, Chris Gatling! a few months ago, i passed a quite large fleshly like material about 2 inches long while having my period. i am on the pill and didnt think i could have or was pregnant. the fleshly material was a pinkly colour. i went to the hospital and told the doctor what had happened, she ran 3 pregnancy tests on me and said there was no way i could have miscarriaged because my tests were coming up negative and that i was never pregnant. she wasnt very helpful and could not tell me what this fleshly material that i passed was, has this ever happend to anyone else?
