This is apparently the first time a social network has landed deals with all four of the major label groups. Now that you can stream and embed virtually any song on imeem, do you think it will eventually grow more rapidly. Perhaps surpass myspace or face book?

It's possible, although I've noticed that people gravitate more towards myspace because it was the very first site like this. The free music thing could be a major perk for some users though. I wonder how they man handled Universal into signing with them. They must have offered them some pretty sweet deal for them to all of a sudden do a 360 and sign with imeem. It really makes me wonder because Universal is one of the biggest companies working with the RIAA pushing for people to have to pay for radio and all forms of media (TV, printed, and music included) Which I think it really crappy, I have no respect for Universal anymore.
