I dislike him because he's been an utter failure and has instituted disastrous policies, but I do not think the end is near for the US.

I dislike him a lot. Yes I think the USA is coming to an end as we know it. I figure we had maybe a hundred years left and Bush shortened it fifty of that.

The USA is in a downward spiral because of greed. It will be difficult to regain the leadership role it once had on this planet.
Look at history.
Countries rise to power then crumble.
The USA is no different.
Neither party has the leadership to prevent this from happening.
The question whether one likes or dislikes GW has been asked many times, look it up to get your answer

Dislike. I dislike his arrogance and his political/"moral" beliefs.
No, the USA's end is not near. Not by a long shot. We have survived worse; the structure of this nation is much stronger than 1 administration.
As for this statement from above by At41480: "I can't like or respect people who don't have intelligence, so dislike definetly" ... if you are going to comment on someone's lack of intelligence, please spell the insult correctly. Otherwise the irony is overwhelming.

I like president Bush but i do believe the USA's end is near, the world will end soon and the USA is a part of it.

I don't think I could say I dislike or like him. I personally never met the man. But I do dislike a lot of his policy.

I have been a Republican all my adult life and consider G. W. Bush to be an embarrassment to the party as well as the USA as the representative leader of both. He refuses to acknowledge or correct his weaknesses and appoints people to incredibly important positions based on their politics and loyalty without regard to their ability to do the job.
Bottom line: he places his religious beliefs (notice I do not say God), his political party, and his corporate sponsors before the good of the country and the people of the US.
