yes, it called a clinical trial, and humans are the test subjects. Sometimes they are paid monetary compensation other times they get free medicines and related health care.

yes...which is by the way very dangerous...think about it, if they are side effects when the medicine is completed imagine how much more they are when its in testing stages.is the money really worth it
if you want to donate your body to science, you can do so after your death, leave your organs for others to use and the remainder of your body as a cadaver for medical students to study...

Yes. Medical universities usually ask for volunteers. Sometimes they will pay (although it's not much).
