where can i get black henna powder in chennai?can i mix henna powder with herbal hair dye(brown henna with black dye) for colour effects,will it work for my hair and is this way right?Or else can i mix black henna herbal powder with brown henna herbal powder and colour my hair.pls explain.

i am 13 and i am going out with an 8th grd. i go to a private school and he goes their. Well i saw him over christmas break and stuff and he forced me to do something inapporaite and i didn't want to and now he won't leave me alone and i told my mom and dad and they said to ignore it. because he doesn't show me any affection or attention, he say's he loves me, but he doesn't show it and I don't feel loved. We don't go out together on date's or spend quality time with each other, I feel lonely, even when he's around, he can spend the whole evening and night not saying one word to me. I've talked to him about my feelings so many times and the conversation always ends with me crying myself to sleep. I have asked him if he's truly happy and he says he is, but I'm not! I do love him and want to be with him, if he would change. I sometimes wonder if I should just live this way, the rest of my life, or get a divorce. I would rather be lonely and not married, than lonely and married! At least that way there would be a chance of meeting someone new. I want someone to cherish me and think I'm wonderful. I know there is no such thing as a perfect relationship, that's not what I want, I just want to feel loved!

Two years ago I went on Lexapro (4mg) and Welbutrin (300mg) for depression (dosages were determined after a few months of trial and error.) I' ve gained weight (50 lbs) and lost my libido. A month ago, I dropped the lexapro but kept the Welbutrin. It has been an adjustment emotionally - but when I'm not a raging jerk - I want sex finally. However, I am still eating like crazy.
Another part of my story is that when I was younger, I used drugs. This is what I noticed: Cocaine had NO affect on me while pot chilled me out and Meth made me EXTREMELY OCD.
As of the last ten years, I have quit all the other drugs except pot - and since I was about 26 - I basically smoke four times a year (New Years, 4th of July, Camping, etc). I am now 33 years old. and I have noticed that when I smoke - I am more clear-headed about my goals - my bitchy behavior - and my eating. It wears off, however, when the high does.
What does this mean? It seems like a chemical imbalance, but what? Thanks in advance.

if you miss or take the day off before the holiday do you still get paid for the holiday?? Legally?? i know you wont get paid for the day before.. On thanksgiving they didnt pay an employee here cuz he took the day off before thanksgiving and called in the day after... and they didnt pay him.. another employee missed the day b4 christmas and came in the day after should these employees get paid??? we are in california
