how do you get to jacob javits center?

i live in bronx, new york and i live by the 2 and 5 train, will those bring me to jacob javits becuz in august i wanna go to the comic con and all these internet directions confuse me. plz tell me how to use 2 train to get there, than you....help...me

It's simple, take the 2 train to 34th Street Penn Station then walk over to 12th Avenue (5 blocks away)

Take the 2 to 34th Street/Penn Station. Exit on the 8th Avenue side of Penn Station. Walk west on 34th Street. Javits is between 34th and 39th on 11th Avenue.

This is the simplest way, but if luggage/disability/something like that prevent you from walking three avenue blocks, you can also take the M34 bus from Penn Sta. to Javits.

jacob javits center is on 11th ave and 35th st.

take the 2 train to either 96th st, or 72nd st, then transfer to the 1 train. take the 1 train to 59th/columbus circle, and transfer to either the A train, or the C train, whichever comes first. take the A or C train to 34th st., then walk 3 blocks west to jacob javitts.

sometimes some conventions have a free shuttle bus that goes to the major hotels and penn station. i don't know if comic con will do that. when you are at jacob javits, look outside in the bus lane to see if there are any shuttle buses sometimes marked "A", "B", "C" and destination. if there is a shuttle bus that goes to penn station (A, C train), you can save yourself a trip walking back to penn station by getting on board the shuttle bus.

My friend, the #2 train will take you straight to 34th Street/Penn Station. From there, take the M34 bus westbound (towards the Hudson) to the Javists Center. The bus will stop right at the front door. You can do the same procedure in reverse for your return trip to the Bronx.

take the 2 train downtown to 34th st/penn station. from there you can do one of the following:

1. walk down to 12 avenue, which is where the Javtis center is located

or

2. take the crosstown bus to 12th avenue

You can take the #2 train to 34th St./Penn Sta. and make a exit at West 34th St. and keep walking to 8th Avenue.
