In 1947/48 an eight year old boy drowned under Ice in Vermillion, SD?

A 8-9 year old boy was skating on Vermillion River in Vermillion SD and fell thru the ice. The year: appr 1947/8. Believe the name was Robert Tallehueser (SP) or Tallehuesen.
