cassidy jocelyn- i think the fact that its your parents name combined is so sweet! and i think it goes the best with mills. please dont do tahlia- everyone is usingthat name now! cassidy is common but often unused. i love it! congrats and good luck!

My favorite for the meaning is Tahlia Naomi Mills.
I think Tahlia Lynnae Mills sounds very pretty, too.
If you choose to go with Cassidy, definitely choose Lynnae for the middle name. I would avoid pairing Naomi with Cassidy because they both end in the long e sound. Also, since your last name is one syllable, I would avoid using the one-syllable Jade as a middle name.
