Dude, I don't even know where to start. First the Adamantium needs to be brought to a simmer. Then, after there it gets a nice frothy top, you may cover it and put it in the oven. Did you do any of that yet?

I don't think you should cook it. you should eat it in its raw and natural state. Once it reaches 212 F it changes chemical properties and forms into a different compound that if taken internally will have severe side effects which may result in death.

Just remember you have to keep it hot enough to constantly boil b/c once it starts to cool...you're srewed b/c it will instantly go hard. :-D
