i found this best answer in someones else question about casting the circle and i want to know if this is right and if there is something missing:
You'll need something to represent the elements, inscence sticks (air), a candle(fire), a small bowl of water(water), and some salt(earth).
Light the inscence and the candle.
Take the inscence and walk around the space you wish to cast circle, and say
"by the air that is her breath"
Now replace the incence with the candle and repeat the motion around the circle and say,
"by the fire that is her bright spirit"
Now take the bowl of water, and dip your fingers into it, and flick water around the circle as you go, saying,
"by the living waters of her womb"
Now take the salt and sprinkle it around the circle saying
"and by the earth that is her body"
Now stand at your alter and say
"the circle is cast, we are between the worlds, byond the bounds of time, where day and night, birth and death, joy and sorrow meet as one".

As you move around the circle with the elements you should imagine/feel their qualities, their spirit surrounding and protecting you, and the space you'll be working in.
It's not a complex casting, but it is simple, and it is easy.

So I am not allowed to eat after 7:00 unless its carrots and cauliflower. Will they screw me up inside any if I do that? What if I eat a lot some nights? If I don't eat them, I'll eat something bad. Let me know.

i have a netgear wireless router that i use to connect to the internet with my laptop the router is hooked up to my desktop comp and is hooked up correctly i ve been using this setup for a year now and all of the sudden i went to use my laptop yesterday and there was no connection to any networks?? i called comcast and they told my to call netgear i tried that but cant talk to anyone but a stupid recording then it hangs up on me the right lights are on the router and you can access the internet through the desktop does anyone have any ideas as to why i cant access the internet with my laptop?

He's acting like he's in horrible pain. I am having back pains, and I am trying to get together the nursery, names for the baby, insurance stuff, going through mild contractions, etc. etc. But he's in bed playing XBOX and trying not to do anything but complain about having to do work because he's coughing.

I LOVE HIM SO MUCH! But I am exhausted and things are not ready for our upcoming baby, and we are seeing signs of early labor.

Am I being to hard on him?

He obviously was sick of being treated like crap all the time and used up, if I had a company with a worker like Vinnie that virtually ran the place I would have treated him like gold, he did everything, I think Paulie Snr and Jnr have become to big for their boots, they think they are Movie Stars, and Vinnie is their sidekick, I just hope that he starts his own buisness now and gets some gratutude for the work that he does. Mikey is the only guy in that family that hasn;t let fame go to his head, anyway, would you have done more to keep Vinnie?

This stems from me having a hard time finding bras to fit. I have medium sized boobs but they're on a very small frame, as in 28 or 30 for a band size. I have to order bras online but they never fit right and it's so depressing, so I've decided I just want to starve myself until I can shop in the f-ing childrens department and buy a bra!

I know this isn't the "right" thing to do, but I'm just so aggrevated and depressed, I'm literally in tears right now and so fed up with clothes. What do I need to do do lose....5 cups sizes? I'm 22 5'3 and weigh about 111.

If it were possible to put an identical atmosphere of Earth's on Mars and Venus, would either one of them or both of them be habitable for humans?

Or would Mars still not be able to hold it because of it having so little gravity to keep it?

And would Venus just be too close to the sun still to be Earth like even with an identical atmosphere?
