I haven't rehearsed necessarily...but I've tried to think of topics before hand..... that never works. But as I get older it seems to get easier.

you're supposed to speak from the heart, not from the brain. besides, any time you ever try and rehearse something, it never works.

Thankfully I don't have a problem freezing up, sometimes I wish I did though. =)
