the rawtaraian lifestyle consist of eating unprocessed and uncooked foods. generally composed of organic fruits and vegetables, raw, sprouted, and dehydrated grain products.

you can eat raw or lightly seared meat, however not meat from any supermarket. grassfed freerange meats only. feedlot meat will probably kill you raw.

Yes, I am a raw foodist. There's a big difference between a fruitarian and a rawtarian. Where as fruitarian eats only uncooked fruits and rawtarians eat all foods raw as long as they are organic and natural. Some eat meat, some don't. Eating raw meat can be very dangerous if you pick the wrong meat. you need to know where your meat comes from and know that is healthy.

I HAVE TO TELL YOU- IT'S CALLED FRUITARIAN. IT'S WHEN YOU EAT FRESH UNCOOKED FRUIT. YOU CAN NOT EAT MEAT AT ALL. LOK IT UP.
