my place was burglarized and ever since then my landlord has been harassing me, and is evicting me because of this. she refuses to allow me to have company over, without threatening to call the police on them. i have a year lease , but she refused to take the rent for this month and wants me out on the 28th.

I am married for 11 years, i have 2 kids. For 10 years i can say im am emotionally battered since my husband is not me well. all i can remember is there in no day i am not crying because of insults and harsh words from him. And besides, he is doesnt turn over financial matter to me. In short he rules everything at home. Though i can say we are financially well off because we run a family business still i am not happy with all this material things in life. Its my kids made me stayed our family whole till this time.
One year ago, i met this man from internet, he became my outlet from all my hurts nad pains, and i admit ive fallin for him and we love each other much, he is senior of me 8 years. We bein we for one year already, we underwent many preassures, cool off many times but still we are again and cant let go again. We do not meet yet in person but were trying to synchronize our
plan so we can be together right time.
My problem is how can i separate my husband?Help me. I needs help.

I was just wondering are there HIPAA laws in England??? If not are there any similar laws that prevent just anyone from acquiring protected health information (PHI) on a patient. As the law goes in the states, not just anyone can gain access to a person's PHI without a valid written release form signed by the patient.Also hospital staff are not authorized to release information via telephone about the condition and or diagnosis of a patient that has been in that facility even if it is the patient calling themselves. I recently got a complaint from a guy in england who was calling to ask the condition of his brother who was here at the hospital i work at in the U.S. Both he and his brother are from England. and he went on a tagent about how Americans are idiots and how he didn't understand why i couldn't release that information on his brother. blah blah blah... long story short he was furious!!! i was just wondering if this is just a U.S. thing.

My son, who is 12, does not want to go to his dad's anymore. The man is so mean, controlling,obscene and smokes pot in the house. My son is terrified to tell him that he does not want to be there because his dad is emotionally abusive and scary! He already kicked his own daughter out of the house and she moved in with me. This is HIS daughter!!!!

Are there any legal ramifications? My son is of age...I think. Can he just say he doesn't want to go or will his dad have the right to force the court order on him? I can't see law enforcement making a 12 year old boy go to his dad. But I want the facts before we go forth. Thank you in advance.

Over the history of man kind, religion has corrupted the government, led to wars, and caused mass murders. Whenever and wherever there is religion, there are at least a number of people who are unhappy. For example, the church became corrupted in the Middle Ages and caused a lot of discontent, and 60 years ago, there was the Holocaust. If you think about it, it did more bad than good. Then why do we all follow a religion?

Ok, I'm a guy and do wear girl clothes. My parents are fine with it and so are my friends. I'm very popular. My grandparents are VERY strong Christians and they say it's inappropriate. I actually in the Christmas choir for my school and I was wearing a Santa dress. After the concert alot of my friends were saying I did a really good job on my solo and my grandparents came up and all they did was scold me. I actualy got a really nice dress for Christmas from my girlfriend and they freaked out.
What should I do?

Okay, guys.
I consider myself a pretty tough girl... I mean I pop my blisters :]
I take good falls on my skateboard without complaining too much. I get into fights & could beat up a guy on a good day... I try to look good, but it's not a big deal if I don't.
My question is which do you find more attractive: tougher girls or prissy girls that care a lot about their appearance?

My permanent address is in NJ, but I'm currently living in the RI for college. I graduate in Feb 2008. Once I graduate I could be living in either NJ, RI, or MA. Which state should I be registering in? I'm assuming I can only vote in the state I'm registered for...right?

I have two dogs, they've eaten out of the same food bowl since they've been together, and I've tried to get them each their own dishes but they always ate out of each other's or just ate out of one. Well, I am not the super pretty type and I'm more of the geek.... So I'm not very popular or the real pretty kind of person.
But on to the real question.
Theres this kid that I really like, his name is Ben.... It would look like were both real good friends but were not. We're both in band and jazz band, and in jazz band we both play the saxophone, so I get to sit next to him. Sometimes when were not playing he'll talk to me, but it's usually only then, or in my S.S. class because he sits behind me. But I want to be really good friends with him. And I want to get to know him more as a friend.
And then also, there's this girl named Megan, and he's her friend. And my friend Danica talks about how their so cute and all, and I'm almost jealous, or actually sad.
I would go up and talk to him more...but I'm not that type of person. I'm real shy, so it's hard for me to do that....
Could you guys give me some advice on what to talk about to him some how without it feeling weird?
