I am planning to format my computer and install Win.Vista
can some one give me clear instructions on how to format my computer and install Vista as well
my computer has 2.26GHz speed 512 Mb Ram and 64 Mb VGA
is this enough?

I do eat whole grain cereal, and brown rice, so I get plenty of good carbs....I feel so much better,,,,,how long do you think I will last.......I am feeling pretty strong about this....but do you think its something I can maintain?

then can they deduct that amount from my tax refund?

In other words, I agree to the IRS saying that I owe them X dollars and agree to pay Y dollars every month -- can the IRS then say that since I'm getting Z dollars from my tax refund check, that the IRS will instead just take the lump sum from the tax refund instead?

I hope I'm being clear. I'm so worried about this.

This is for a Christmas present for a friend. She lives in another state than I do. I am going to visit her in a few days and I got her this really nice bear. I have the exact one at home as well. I set my windows to shut down my monitor if i don't use my computer more than 5 mins (check out LocalCooling.com - It's a neat small software and you will realize why i did that)
As a result my Monitor turns off and on many times during the day (maybe 15 times or more) when i step away from my computer.
So i want to know if doing so will shorten my LCD monitor lifespan or harm it in anyways. I remember my mom used to always tell me as a kid not to repeatedly shut off and on our Sony 10 year old CRT TV all the time cause it reduces the lifetime of its light bulb. Is the same true about LCD monitors or TVs?

i have a mate in college and we are very close but she has a bf and shes had alot of problems with him and iv always helped her and they are very happy , but i have strong feelings for her and she knows that and we both agree that when she spilts up with him we both will go out but it really hurts me alot when i see them or she comes for advice or help to me . i just need to know what i can do or any thing that could make me feel better as it gets me down so much ..... and befor any one says we are close mates so i wont stop helping her with her problems and i only want decent advice nothink stupid.
