Theres no easy cure for leg burn. It happens because snowboarding uses muscles in your thigh and calves that arent normally used. There are two ways to stop leg burn One is to ride as often and as much as you can. Overtime your legs will build up the muscles and you will be able to ride for much longer without having the burn. If you cant ride that often, Try running up and down steps for excersize, it will help to strengthen some of the same muscles

Don’t focus on your weaknesses, spotlight your best bits. Tiny waist? Belt it in. Beautiful bust? Lower the neckline. Nicely toned butt? Rock tight jeans. Captivating legs? Show ‘em off. It’s really that easy.

In the mood for a hot meal? Make a enormous pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store from the freezer. Before bed, place a container inside the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door every day.

No raw after four. Your body can’t digest uncooked food after 4pm so consume fruit and salad earlier inside day and stick with cooked food later in the day.

For sandwich-lovers, use spinach or swiss chard leaves instead of a wrap, skip the piece of cheese, and load through to the veggies.
