I do eat whole grain cereal, and brown rice, so I get plenty of good carbs....I feel so much better,,,,,how long do you think I will last.......I am feeling pretty strong about this....but do you think its something I can maintain?

Well, it's kind of hard to go without bread on the long term, but since you have done well with out it, it will make it easier to make healthy choices when you do eat bread. There are many healthy whole grain breads on the market now that you can enjoy in moderation, without guilt. Subway even offers their sandwiches on whole wheat. Even many cracker makers offer various whole grain crackers these days.

So, really there's no need to completely deprive yourself. Just eat them in moderation and make healthier choices.

yes you can i dont eat that stuff much anymore because if you eat alot of it and you dont work it out it all goes to your fat stsyem
