Will Volleyball help me lose weight in my legs and stomach (like thighs) if I also run for 30-60 min a day and do like 100 crunches a day? Does running build muscle or burn fat, or both? Also, will volleyball tone my legs and arms? Thanks! Also, basketball helps you get in shape too???

Do you think maybe that Christmas would go so much better if there was Not the running around shopping and picking up stuff before a deadline day?

Maybe a better way would be if we gave each other gifts when we wanted to during the whole year. That way it would be less stress and less of a financial drain and we could actually Think about what gift someone would really like..? :)

I am not going to say how much I weigh but it is definitely not more than 200 pounds. However I visited the doctor recently for some chest pains I have been receiveing and he said that my weight may be affecting me. I need to lose some weight and I need some advice. Please help me. I need to find out the qickest ways to lose weight and it must be very effective.

Would it be more incentive to offer "moron of the month" to keep people on their toes more? The winner would not only get their picture up, but would also have to wear a t-shirt stating "I'm a moron - please ask me about it".

I love women but here's some of things I know about them from personal experience....

1. Women loves attention from a man.
2. Women are better liars than men.
3. Most women think all men want is sex.
4. Some women will be jealous of what the other woman got. (Like a good man, alot of money or success).
5. Most women are more serious about relationships than men are.
6. Women complains alot about petty things.
7. Most women get their personality from their mothers.
8. Any woman can calm a babies better than most men.
9. Women loves a man that can sing. Everytime when a man sings they think they sing it to them personally.
10. Every woman wants is love and affection from another man.

I could name 10 more but it's true and funny though. Some men will never understand women. But I guarantee there are a few guys that have alot of knowledge about women

My daughter is twelve years old and in the seventh grade. Her name is Jenny, and she has always been a good kid. When she got to seventh grade, she suddenly became a bit of a handful. She began wearing black a lot, and became a bit distanced. I thought that it was normal and she was just transitioning into a teenager. One day, I found her iPod in her jeans pocket, and was moving it back to Jenny's desk, when it suddenly turned on, and showed that she was halfway through a song by Bauhaus called Bella Lugosi's Dead. I began to explore her music choices, and found a lot of Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Peter Murphy, and such artists. I began to get a bit afraid, and started to watch a bit closer on my Jenny, but I never confronted her.
Last week, Jenny asked if she could sleep over at her friend Anna's house. I said yes, because Anna's mother was a very good friend of mine, and I trusted her. I just told Jenny to call me around ten o'clock.
