The fact that you have put it across the question in this column, makes it clear
that you have the will power to come out of it...
Never ...ever .keep yourself aloof from the group or team of people..okay ?
Keep yourself engaged in some creative things...whether at home or office..
Dont let your thought or fantasies
overpower you at this stage of problem.
If free and happen to be alone, engage yourself in some good reading or garden work...
Music therapy has been doing wonders for some .......
Listen to "any music" which you feel good..okay ?
Follow this for 15 days..and see the change you would have..

There are many ways and almost all are inexpensive and can be started any time.

1.Be with people. Get involved in discussions. General talks.
2.If you can then talk to someone, share your concern.
3.Take a walk.
4. Watch a comedy movie/serial.
5 Listen to some music preferably latest dance numbers.
6. Exercise, esp some which would raise your heartbeat.
7. Play with Kids and become a kid.

And the most important

Please consult a psychologist / psychiatrist.
Remember depression is easily curable by proper and guided medication like any other problem viz cold; fever etc.

So please do consult a medical professional.

You have reached half the cure!

That is - You know you are depressed and want to come out of it!

That awareness makes the whole difference!

You would definitely walk towards positivity.

Best results can be sought from a psychiatrist ofcourse. (Myself had a lifetime cure - from Pavlovian method).
I was prescribed medication along with autosuggestion tapes to be listened twice a day.

But if the depression is not acute - you may get energized by motivational stories - success stories - inspirational speeches and like.

Find the cause of depression . Write down the possible solution point wise. Think over each possibilities . Still you did not get solution then simply accept the situation. In this life we have to live with certain pain accept this facts. Don' t lead a masking life, present yourself for society as you are.

Feeling lonely,isolated.hopeless and helpless?Reach out and get social support system,get yourself connected to the world outside with your interests,I am sure there will be some who will respond positively. Also go deep within beyond your routine thoughts and feelings,just silence the mind,calmly enter into empty space within,new energy, new insight might emerge.

Are you ready to give up anger, fear, hate, jealousy and violence? If yes. Be cheerful & contented, live true or realstic life, laugh, do love, sing, worship, meditate any object living thought free, enjoy silence, live healthy and happy by forgiving trifle things which are hovering in your mind, Be libral and extend help to ignorant and poor. Moreover enjoy sacrifice towards the needy person. Because God is owner of everything and you are trustee of his mundane things. Say good bye to your depression.

I st be alone and start thinking what is the problem and cause,if not because of u then
sit and take beads and rotate saying slogans
according to the respective religion.Not less than
60 minutes(one hour) .

Positive attitude i.e think positive , take your own decisions weather right or wrong time will make you mature and avoid negative people
