Its simple, just make sure you are registered and click on 'my ebay'. Everything can be done from 'my ebay'.

Or if you mean 'track' as in the postal side of it, then you will of needed the letter/parcel to have been registered by one of Royal Mail's many services, or a courier.

If you have bought an expensive item, the seller may have posted the item with a courier that offer a tracking service.
If they have they should email you the tracking number.
If not your only course of action is to contact the seller and ask if the item has been sent and when.

If you paid by PP, the seller will have updated the invoice details (hopefully) to let you know when it was posted.

Otherwise, mail seller and ask for Royal Mail tracking number.
