Perhaps many of you can answer this question. It has
been proven that most Christians lead much happier,
and fuller lives. I mean can you imagine, with the
likes of Madison, Darwin, and more, how they might
have felt while trying to ponder how did so many things
came to be. When you cannot prove that nothing, came
from something. Yes. That is pretty depressing.
Unless you are stupid enough, to think that you came
from an explosion, then you may consider otherwise.
The human spirit is proof, that there is a Divine
Being. That's right. Because the spirit is infinite.
It has no real shape or size. Like the wind. You
can't prove that it actually is there. It is just something,
that you can feel. So my question is this. Why do
Atheists have higher rates of depression ? Best answer
wins. ~~~

How can a non-human, a mustard seed have faith?

If a mustard seed has faith, then it has a soul, and all mustard seeds and plants go to heaven which sounds like Jesus Christ believed in Zen/other Asian non-profit religions/whatever?

I live in a predominately Catholic country (I;m English) and wondered why the catholic faith ommitted the 2nd commandment (I think it's the 2nd one) that refers to worhshiping false gods, carving and worshiping statues in his likeness etc? From my understanding they actually split one of the other commendments so it still all reads as 10.

Their seem to be a lot of areas that are against the teachings of Jesus ie why do they confess to Priests in order for them to wipe their slates clean? only Jeuss can do this.

This is not a question with a hidden agenda, I'm just very curious is all.

I am, yet again, trying to lose weight. It always seems to go so well for the first bit - I eat healthy, I exercise....but something always happens that causes me to lose my motivation. Tests or some other time consuming activity comes up in my life, I stop exercise, stop watching what I eat. I don't gain weight but I don't lose it either. I'm 22 years old, about 5'5'' and weigh 150lbs. I've never been able to wear a bikini to the lake, I'm so self conscious about my arms that I refuse to go sleeveless or wear capped sleeves. I really want to look and feel better about myself. I also want to lose weight for my wonderful boyfriend. He loves me for me but I want to smoking hot for him. How do I keep up the momentum???

If your b/f or husband watchs PORN once in a while, what is wrong with that? It's not like he is doing "it" with someone else.

I have no trouble watching with my husband and I see nothing wrong with him watching it alone. I feel lucky to be able to have such an open relationship. I am just shocked that there are so many woman (or girls) out there that won't even let there men look at a girl mag.

Ok, so the question is, let's say me. I grew up as a boy who was taught that only women cried and that I was supposed to hide my feelings and show no fear. Let's say I learned to do that, but now, someone comes along and starts talking to me. Eventually I open up and start to discover "new" emotions. The problem is, that since I had never experienced these "feelings" before and had always suppressed them, I do not know how to let them out correctly or safely. I have read articles, stories, and heard from people who grew up just like me, and now that they have dealt with their new emotions, their lives seem to be happier. They are happy having emotions. But they had lots of help, they weren't alone when the learned to deal with emotions. So is it better to learn to identify "new" emotions and learn how to deal with them and control them once you become more acquainted with them, or is it better not to have emotions at all.

I like this guy who juss recently got dumped by his gf of 6 years relationship. Although he showed interest in me but it seems he likes his ex gf more and they still talk on the phone and see each other.....he claim that there is nothing between them but why do they still keep in touch? At night when im sleeping i keep waking up and notice that i am clenching my teeth..
Why is this happening.
its the same feeling when i take ecstacy , then when i go home and go to sleep i find myself clenching my teeth in my sleep..
same as now..
(i only recently went on antidepressants)

I am moving from Maryland to Washington state. Silly question, but how do I change my address? Is there a centralized location where I can change my address for all the mail that I get? Or do I have to contact each individual bank, school, organization, etc. separately to let them know?
