Before I bought my own computer I shared one with my father and I bought a game, Fish Tycoon, off of the internet. So i don't have a disk or anything. But how do i go about moving it from his computer to mine?

I live in the state of Florida and I am curious about how legal documents stand in the courts and which is stronger than the next. My parents have a prenuptial agreement and now my step father is trying to write in his Will that he wants the Prenuptial agreement to be null and void. Can he do this without my mother's agreement? Is a prenuptial agreement stronger than a will or not? In the prenup it states that after 5 years, in the case of death, my mother is entitled to everything and now he wants his will to make it null and void and give her nothing, (they have been married over 5 years now) can he do this? I'm trying to do some pre-investigation for my mom before hiring a lawyer and anyone who knows the laws in Florida could be a great help. Can a man screw a women behind her back and leave her with nothing?

I recently ordered a set of CD's, but they do not seem to recover the computer. I've been told I may have the wrong set. I got 11 recovery cd's, does that sound right? When I run them, either they fail to partition the drive, or they start a recovery process, but can't read some of the files on the CD's (and by some I mean most). Hp support is a complete bust. Can anyone help?

I Just had a miscarriage at 12 weeks along. I know that most likely its nothing I did to cause it and they are pretty common.
This was my first pregnancy. I do have somethings that I suspect could of done it. Do you think any of these things could of caused it?
1. Before I got pregnant I got diagnosed with Hpv because of abnormal papsmear and I have to have a colposcopy done to see if I have Cancer. I also had some Irregular periods.
2. Right before I miscarried I did fall going up some stairs at work, didnt land on my stomache though.
3. I had a bad yeast infection during my pregnancy and used over the counter monistat to treat it.
4. I also had a strept B infection in my urine and took amoxycillin to treat it.
Does it sound like any of these things could of caused my miscarriage? Also at 8 weeks along I had an ultrasound that showed a very healthy heartbeat. Thank you for any input.

Since there are so many different religions (Gods) why don't we hold elections every few years to see who will be God Almighty? This could coincide with a Supreme Religious Leader (instead of a Pope, for example) and the politicians could all seek advice from the SRL and blame him/her when things went wrong.

A few nights ago a guy friend who happens to like me (we go on dates) picked me up from my parents house who Im staying with for 2 months. Just to go out to a show at a bar. My dad was the only one home and said he didnt care if he met him or not. So I just went out when the guy got there. 2 days later my step mother brings up how there is something wierd about a guy (boyfriend or not) not picking you up at the door. I said theres nothing wierd about it, we just disagree. She didnt want to let it go, and kept going. Then my dad chimed in. I turned and said I really didnt want to talk about it. And he started screaming at me. Im secretive, I think the world revolves around me or that everyone must want to know my business, that Im hiding something. Im 25 y/o, have a great job, make my own money, have lived on my own for 6 years. WTF. I know my parents like to gossip, but all the yelling to try and force personal info out of me? Is this normal? I would understand if I were a teenager.??
