I wanna lose 10 lbs within two weeks or so. (I'll have 3 to 4 days of exersize in my diet)

my uncle put my grandmother on this diet where it was high in fiber. Eat like whole wheat grains and fruits and veggies. turkey meat or fish only. do that without junk food and watch the wieght fall off. She wasn't able to walk or annything but with in the week it looked like she lost at least 5 to 10 pounds. give it try.

I suggest that you avoid "diet" foods and any gimmicky diets. Just eat whole, real foods made by God. I do not eat anything with junk my body cannot recognize like corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially or fully hydrogenated oils, anything that says "artificial flavorings". I cannot guarantee instant weight loss, but with eating real food, calories don't have to be restricted. Sure, I still eat within moderation, but I don't feel restricted or as though I'm "dieting". I'm not dieting, as this is my life.
