Im a teenage girl who has some baby fat. Im not too fat but i have some belly fat and my arms are alittle too big. I want to be skinny. like skinny skinny. You know the nice tight stomach and body? well i try to eat healty. i go jogging for 30 min. before i eat. I do that 3 times a week. I eat like...ide say 1500calories. if not more. What should i do? am i doing okay? If not any tips? also any websites you could give me for like belly fat? how to lose belly fat?THANKS!

Applied for early job pension due to early disability as stated in pension agreement. 12 months finally got them to send claim forms after contacting labor dept. Completed forms and 60 days later still no Answer ? Called and get blown off ? this is a huge amount of money how do I sue them when civil court NY allows only up to $5.000 only? I have all documents in my favor signature card receipts etc Thanks

I heard that the asthma attack is different from just having asthma symtoms. I suffer from asthma and for the past 3 weeks, I have been very bad. I have woken up in the middle of the night from hearing my wheeze. I was just diagnosed with asthma this year. I have never had an Asthma Attack and don't know how it feels. I really would like to know because I don't want to die when it happens.

People put all types of seasonings in their food BEFORE it is cooked, but the only thing they add AFTER the food has been cooked is salt and/or pepper. You don't hear anyone asking for garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, etc. at the dinner table.

Even Filipino singers revive and sing love songs a few decades back like the the songs from Bee Gees, eagles, James Ingram, Chicago, Bread, England Dan and John Ford Coley, etc... They are also being played in the radio stations in the Philippines especially at night.. I was born in 1981 and grew up in the Philippines with the radios playing all these love songs.. My American friends are teasing me about it but I really like the songs... I'm a straight guy with a wife and a kid so I don't have doubts about myself... I also listen to hard rock and R&B but these are my work music.. You think it's weird?

In the parenting plan is states that the religion is "joint". That I aggreed to when I though my ex would agree with me on not taking the 4 kids to this church. I am the custodial parent and I am very EX mormon. My ex husband goes to WORK on sundays and they are going sometimes with his parents or family mombers. Their not even with HIM! I am starting to pick up the kids early sundays mornings witch was ok until my ex started this power trip to have the kids go. He is ex mormon too! In the paperwork the weekend visits are until 7 pm. But he's not ever there with them. I called my Lawyer,(waiting) but your thoughs on the matter or what I should do next would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I am picking up a new sportbike (Suzuki GSX-R) here in a couple weeks and I was wondering the average cost of motorcycle insurance per month (or year if you pay gross). The bike will be totally paid off when I purchase.

For those of you who don't know mithras was a god from the Roman religion of mithraism which was common around 1st and 2nd centenaries BC. mithras was a the saviour sent to earth to live life as a mortal who died to allow sinners to have eternal life but came back to life the following Sunday. He was born from a virgin in a manger or cave on 25th December which was attended by shepherds. To celebrate his birthday the mithrasians give each other gifts, they also symbolically consume his flesh and blood. Just before he died he shard a last meal with his 12 deciles. mithras being a sun god was worshiped on Sundays and so often depicted with a halo behind his head. The leader of mithraism was known as the papa and had his HQ on Vatican hill in Rome He was the son of the god Zoroastinarianism (I know bad spelling) and If people did not bath in bulls blood would he still be woreshiped
