Im a teenage girl who has some baby fat. Im not too fat but i have some belly fat and my arms are alittle too big. I want to be skinny. like skinny skinny. You know the nice tight stomach and body? well i try to eat healty. i go jogging for 30 min. before i eat. I do that 3 times a week. I eat like...ide say 1500calories. if not more. What should i do? am i doing okay? If not any tips? also any websites you could give me for like belly fat? how to lose belly fat?THANKS!

I would also try to change your diet avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods) eat organic food when you can & drink lots of water & see if, this helps.

Belly fat is often acumulated as a response to a hormone (cortisol) that is released when you're stressed. Read one of Dr. Perricone's books for more info on how to reverse cortisol and get rid of belly fat. You can find his books at your library. Let me see if I can find you a website...
