I don't know about you, but I'm moving to Canada.

I'd pretty much try to ride out her term, with a couple of key changes:

I would stockpile guns. That's right, I'd get my hands on as many as possible before she started pushing Congress for an outright ban.

I would change my before tax contributions to my 401k to leave me only enough to squeeze by on. She can't take it if it isn't there to take, and this way I'd be keeping her theft to a bare minimum.

I'd start hiring an accountant to find every loophole imagineable.

Other than that, just work and be happy.

I will not make idle promises but will go about my life as I normally do. There were many who said they would leave the country when Dubya came into office. They are still here. My friend so you will remain too and you will go about living your life like everyone else.

Edit: Did you know that cowards run from their adversaries rather than stand and face them? If you are opposed to Senator Clinton than vote for Obama in the primaries. If he gets enough votes, and he is darn close, she may not be an issue in the general election. She is not president yet, you and I can still prevent it by voting for someone else. Running from the problem or just complaining without taking action puts as much blame or more on you than it does on her or those who voted for her. Don't be a coward vote against her in the primaries, fight your enemy don't just run from her.

I know it would be grim. Remember this country survived Jimmy Carter. Running off to Canada may seem attractive, but think it through. They pour malt vinegar on their french frys, the national sport is hockey, they can't figure out which language to use (English or French). They have an open door immigration policy. Their level of political correctness is several meters(Canadian measurement) higher than that in the US. Taxes are higher than in the states. If you need elective surgery the government puts you on a waiting list(they also decide what is elective and what is not) because of their national health care system. Look, as depressing as a Hillary presidency would be, remember it's only for 4 years, she will never win re-election(once again think J Carter). We will need all true patriots and Americans(as opposed to Americant's) to help clean up the mess. As the wise man said "And this too shall pass"

Canada or Amsterdam sounds a lot nicer. I would consider moving to either.

Go on living my life as nothing would really be affected.

Despite George Bush for the past 8 years, the sun still rises and the world still turns.

My day to day life is no different.

The world has not ended, the sun is not dying out, and, despite Al Gore, the earth is not burning up. I am an American and (shudder) Hillary would be my President. It is my job to support her as the President as long as she supports and defends the Constitution. I assume I would actively oppose many of her policies since her tendencies appear to be counter to mine but I would ride it out. I don't feel that she has the temperment to make it two terms so what's four years?

If you move to Canada you're going to be in the same scenario if Hillary was elected. But I'd move to the Cayman Islands.

Have a wake for the DNC.

It took the DNC over 12 years to recover a minor majority after Bill.

Hillary by math would seal their doom.

I will keep on keeping on and i am not to sure that the comedy value won't be worth it, watching the people who vote her in screaming for Impeachment will be a riot.
