I live in a small rural town yet there is a youngster who fits this description totally and I have always said he would end up on the front page. Only difference is he is in a mental health facilty for threatening to kill his adoptive mother, not step mother.

And there is nothing anyone can do about him untilhe commits a crime, I have been told by police.

I got a 23 yr old who works his a off, pays off his student loans hasn't finished college, job is threatening him, has little to no friends, and feels he will never be able to go back to collge and he will be working a dead end job.he cries like every month for about a couple days straight. he's depressed at his present situation and now that he's comming back home he looks at the walls and go to work. I really want to help him. I want tot tell him he is a very young boy and he can do anything he wants but its hard because he does not believe me since i'm his mom. I keep telling him there are 30 yr old and ABOVE who don't have his life together yet. I really am concerned. his car broke down not too long ago and when that happened he had to move in with me . we can't really LENd him any money and even if we could he wouldn't take it. he seems angry. mostly at himself. he's turning 24 soon i want to show him the way but honestly i don't know what else i can do. any help for a mom?

does it have something to do with his past? he has been cheated twice by his 2 ex.. they both left him for another men. his last relationship was 8 years ago and then he met me and got married, i am 26 and he is 40. he is a very good husband except the jealousy-- for example: there was this cute dead football player i saw on youtube namely miklos feher and i keep watching his video and telling my husband how handsome he is and he is too hot to die but my husband got angry and told me all i did the whole day is watch his videos.. it took me a while to realize he was jealous! there is also an instance when he caught me looking at the myspace profile of the guy i used to have sweet relationship online and he got mad, we fought because of it! and then i was chatting to this same guy and he was only telling me about his new job and he knew i was married and i made it clear to him that i was happily married but my husband took it against me again and we didnt speak for 2 days because of it!

I was fired recently. Canned, outsourced, dumped, told to clear out, sent packing, (you get the idea!)

Anyway, I did not leave a happy camper. They told me to clear out and gave me 5 minutes to get my stuff together. After that I was walked out by a security guard and handed my last paycheck.

I got a job offer yesterday but I am not to excited about the boss and the company. But it is in my field and pays about what I was making in my last job.

To get back in the workforce after being termininated, would you accept the first job offered to you?
