You can't wear a tampon for more than eight hours, correct. But you are able to change tampons to a new one once this time is up. So you can wear as many as you want a day, as long as they don't exceed eight hours, and you want to of course! :)

It means the same tampon should not be worn more than 8 hours. You can wear tampons every day all day and night of your period as long as you change them frequently.Generally every 4-6 hours for most women.

You should change your tampon every 4-6 hours depending on how heavy your flow is and how absorbent your tampon is.

You would be just fine as long as you don't wear ONE tampon for the entire day.

you just can't wear the same tampon for more than 8 hours due to bacterial growth but you can change to a new clean one right after you take the other one out. you can wear a tampon around the clock, just not the same one.

Of course you can change it. They mean don't wear one for more than eight hours at a time. Didn't you learn any of this stuff at school or from your mother?
