Those are the only options.
Its amazing to watch people do anything they can to deny that there is a Hell.

The grave is only his temporary abode. But even this place
becomes either a garden of paradise or a ditch of hell.
When the day of reckoning comes, the weight of good deeds and bad deeds of every human being will be weighed and if his virtues exceed vices, he will land in paradise and
live there forever.
But if the matter is other way round, he will be thrown to hell and would stay there forever.
No deeds are acceptable from peaople who do not believe
in One God or reject one of his prophets.

Ecclesiastes 3:20..... All are going to one place. They have all come to be from the dust, and they are all returning to the dust.
