I'm 18 and my two closest friends have lives that are completely hectic. There's constant drama and my life is pretty tame, especially when compared to theirs. Every time we get together, it's always a constant barrage of complaints about their love lives and such. Basically I want to know if it's selfish that I don't want to be around them anymore.

I have a male cat who is about 4 or 5 years old he showed up on my door step a few years back. He does have leukemia but that has not been a problem yet. Yesterday he got lethargic and refused to eat I took him to the vet and she discovered he had a fever of 104 and a abscessed gland under his jaw on his neck so she drained it and gave him a shot of penicillin.

She also believes he has a blood parasite and she is treating him with antibiotics. This morning he is feeling better he is eating again and going outside for a short time.

His gland is still very swollen and now his jaw is swollen also the swelling seems to have stopped his eye is not swollen shut I am just wondering if this swelling is normal after it was drained and he was put on antibiotics?

Okay, so my friend lives in a trailer and he has been having a bad mouse problem. He said the traps aren't working and I'd like the most humane ways to get rid of and prevent the problems. Any ideas on mouse removal?

I want to ask the human resource persons out there or even the people who knows about this query. I recently graduated from college however before I graduated I had an accident and the vision of my left eye was greatly affected. I can say I can do normal stuff like driving, swimming, etc. Will companies accept me with only one eye working?

i have a Kenmore washing machine. it is about 6 years old. i use bleach once a week. lately my colored clothes come out of the washer with bleach spots, some of my good shirts are ruined. I tried running a clear load, just hot water and nothing else yet it continues. is there something else i can try?

I have picked my secret santa today for my class. I got a girl.

Here is what she likes (as writen on paper that I picked)...

Purple
Jewlery
Chocolate
Gummies
Lip Smakers

I know the girl but not really close or anything so this is all I know about what she likes.

We have a limit of 10-15 dollars. I may want to spend over. I know we aren't supposed to be we're supposed to have a gift per day (10 days). And truthfully I don't want to do just a chocolate or somethin per day because that's really boring to get. I know from experience it's boring when others are getting other more interesting things.

So I would rather not go to a dollarstore but still get good deals on it because I'm goin to try to stay under the money limit.

So any stores or things you guys come up with would be really helpful.

i mean when you are passing clouds while you climb, and the temperatures are from 0 up to -15°C (in this temperatures the icing is a real threat), you need to enable the anti-ices, because you will always (or almost) pass the clouds while climbing and the temperatures will often be in these levels mentioned above.

I have a 500W power supply and the following setup:

Four hard drives - 800G total
AMD BE-2300 X2 Athlon chip on ECS Nforce6 motherboard.
Radeon 2600XT video card.
sound card
IDE controller card
1G memory in 2 DIMMS (2G total.)

With the above setup, everything works fine.

But if I install 2 more 1G memory DIMMs, the system becomes unstable. (Eventually windows goes into blue screen.)

The memory I installed is the exact same model and make as what was previously in there. I'm wondering if there simply isn't enough power for the new memory. Is this possible? Does memory take up a lot of power?

My car won't crank normally I have a 92 Ford Crown Victoria and it wil not crank normally. I changed the starter the battery and the electrical part of the ignition switch it and still won't crank. To crank it I ran a wire from the starter snd I have to touch the battery to crank it. I was told its the starter relay but I can't seem to find it. I have a Hayes manual and they show it as being by the air filter but I can't find it
