My car won't crank normally I have a 92 Ford Crown Victoria and it wil not crank normally. I changed the starter the battery and the electrical part of the ignition switch it and still won't crank. To crank it I ran a wire from the starter snd I have to touch the battery to crank it. I was told its the starter relay but I can't seem to find it. I have a Hayes manual and they show it as being by the air filter but I can't find it

I think your talking about the solinoid. It is on top of the fender by the air filter usually covered by a black plastic cover. Take the 2 or 3 bolts out and it will be under it. Disconnect the battery before unbolting. The easiest way to do this is unbolt one wire at a time so you do not get them out of order. Hope I helped

"Remote Starter Solenoid" Silver maybe Black, Two Large Cables Running to it, Positive from the Battery and Large Cable going to the Starter, one maybe two Small Wire(s) connected to the Top. (Looks Something like a Small "D" Cell Battery)

Sounds like the Flux-Capacitor isnt getting the neccessary 1.21 gigawatts. Did you check the blinker fluid reservoir?
Good luck.

I dont know what your question is. Regardless of what it was, seems you wasted time and money changing parts that weren't bad. My suggestion is to take it to a reputable repair facility for a proper diagnosis of the situation.
