This is probably the single MOST important thing you will do your entire life. Why would want to worry about CHEAP! You should be concerned about quality.

It's NOT cheap, and it certainly won't be painless.
I know someone who did the female to male thing, they said they used a doctor in Wisconsin who was a specialist and were very happy with the results. Remember that you'll also need to be on hormones the rest of your life and that's NOT usually covered by insurance.

It's called gender reassignment, and it depends how much is CHEAP for you.... average cost in the USA is around $50k

don't go to another country to get it done i heard lots of stories where people went to other countries for operations and they went all wrong (mainly mexico)
try one in the usa
