x^3 - (13x^2)/4 + x = -3

I am totally confused, I get it down to 4x^3 - 52x^2 + 4x +12 = 0 and I don't even know if that is right.

I wanna rent an appartament in a building,but the landlord told me that I'll have to fill some applications and pay fee to cooperation,and I have absolutely no experience with it! well i have a visually impairment. i want to see if they give me a license or not. ok DMV SAYS

If you cannot meet the vision screening standard, you must have a minimum visual acuity in at least one eye better than 20/200 (best corrected). Visual acuity is a person’s ability to see items clearly and sharply and to recognize small detail. You may wear glasses or contact lenses to meet the minimum visual acuity standard but you cannot wear a bioptic telescopic or similar lens. DMV is not allowed to license drivers who do not meet the minimum visual acuity standard. (VC §12805
now i have 20/70 in both eyes corrected. is that gud enuff? an what do they look at the most? anyone whose done the dl 62 can u tell me ur experiences?

in grade eight all the grade eight classes go to quebec for a trip. it's $700!!! and my 13th birthday is coming up so i want to do something REALLY BIG! but it'll cost alot of money too. so my parents are making me choose! WHICH ONE SHOULD I PICK?! MY 13TH BIRTHDAY OR A TRIP TO QUEBEC? heres the hard part, if i go to quebec, i won't get any chritsmas presents or birthday presents and i won't do anything for my 13th birthday. which absolutley sucks.but i'll be in quebec for a week and each day doing something different and fun and i'll be with my friends! i'd also stay in a five star hotel and my best buds would be my roomies!!BUT if i decide not to go to quebec i'll have the BIGGEST 13th birthday party and get presents for my birthday and christmas! I'd get SOO many presents and have the best birthday i could imagine. and ALL my bests friends would be there for my party. but then my friends would come back from quebec and be bragging about it, and i'll feel left out. WHICH ONE

My washing machine is unbalanced, and i can't seem to fix it.

Once it reaches the Spin Cycle, the washing machine jumps/vibrates across the room.

I have tried changing the load of clothes, and this didnt help.

It is even unbalanced with NO clothes in the machine.

I have checked the level, and the washing machine is leveled just fine.

So, why is it unbalanced, and how can i fix it?

She NEVER goes out, she makes a conscious effort not to talk to people because she says she's been hurt before so she wont give many people the time of day. She finds herself very unnattractive (even though she isn't!!) and she never dresses up or puts on make up because she said feels she isnt worth it. Furthermore, she wont go out with me or even her brother because she doesnt want to "cramp his style" and she said she doesnt go out with people because she doesnt want to embarass them!?!? I've tried talking to her but she never lets me get very far, she's stubborn. She's not exactly shy because if she does have to talk to people she's fine with it and i always thought she was confident but now i don't know what to make of it.... I'm her only real friend and i really want to help her out. Her parents are quite strict as well ( arab parents are like that) so they dont really let her go out but now i know its because she doesnt want to anyway. If anyone has any ideas of what i can do..

I was watching some Do It yourself show, I cant remember if it was New Yankee Workshop, Bob Villa, This Old House, Sweat Equity, etc. but they had on this guy that did finsihes and he made I beleive it was pine come out to look like oak or mahogany.

As expected, he didnt give out the exact recipee, but it was something along the lines of hitting the wood with a fast thin coat of dark stain, then hitting it again with something else, in a certain application pattern, then topped it of with some type of polyurethane. In his live demonstration, he held the origianl piece of wood that had the (mystery application) done to it next to a piece of real oak or mahogany and the two looked exactly alike. Anyone recall this episode? Anyone know what this process is called?

Any technques you can recommend?

im planning to go on a cruise on royal carribean. the ship is monarch of seas. i wanted to know if deck 7 or 2 was better for the oceanview. and when i look at deck 2 it says location outside/foward and deck 7 is outside/mid which one is better. please help. i want the room with the best view and the best floor. is the bottom or top floors better thanks

My girlfriend was attacked by a pitbull which broke her arm biting into the bone and locking on. there were two other dogs that luckily were stopped from attacking her also yet one did get ahold of her other arm, biting it and leaving puncture wounds. The renter is her friend yet someone should be held responsible. Would it be the renter or the homeowner. we live in California.
