Which is grammatically correct, or are they just different styles? I've been out of school too long and can't for the life of me remember, and I don't know where to look something like this up online.

she's 18 and i'm 19 and i'm looking for a relationship thats gonna last as long as possible but we've only talked a couple times.
if i give her some flowers at the beginning of the date and everything goes well and she's happy at the end of the date would it be ok right before the kiss, if there is one, to give her a $200 necklace on the first date or is that too much? if so how much do you think would be ok to spend on it or skip it completely?

I haven't tried to hunt coyotes with a .22 Long Rifle Rifle myself, but I've heard it can be done with shots to the neck and head. Has anyone tried this?

So...my ? is , I have major anxiety issues now. I can't sleep. I'm scared to leave the house. I have horrible nightmares. This has turned my life upside down. Doctor has me on Zoloft for depression and Clonazepam for anxiety, but neither seem to be working to help me sleep. My baby sleeps through the night already so he's not keeping me up, I'm just scared to go to bed and have nightmares wake me up and now I'm getting so exhausted. Anyone have any suggestions or meds or methods they've tried for helping with sleep. I really need to sleep for my own sanity!!! I am currently seeing a therapist but doesn't seem to be much help. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks

The high-profile and polarizing debate between "Pro-choicers" and "Pro-lifers" masks what I believe is a very accesible common ground: NO ONE WANTS MORE ABORTIONS.

As a proponent of reproductive rights, I believe that no woman should be forced to bear children against her will. But the main issue should be preventing unwanted pregnancies in the first place.

Think about it: fewer unwanted pregnancies, fewer abortions. All it takes is wide availability of contraception and accurate information and suddenly, fewer and fewer women find themselves having to make the choice to have an abortion at all.

Voila! Everyone is happy. No babies are dying, no one is forced to have babies they aren't prepared to care for.

Unless of course, you happen to be the sort of person who wants to increase the number of abortions. Or maybe you are don't believe that women should be able to prevent pregnancy...

I have been struggling with different cutting boards for awhile now. I wanted to get a Corian cutting board because it is largely non-porous, until it occurred to me that over time even Corian can scratch, and therefore may be a home for bacteria. I tried to find tempered glass, thinking it was the safest bet, but in desperation settled for wood (bamboo). IN a short time, my wood began to smell like onions and a sponge, despite many thorough washings and baking it. Every food that touches the board even briefly reeks. Nonetheless I heard that wood is as safe as plastic from bacteria, and that glass (and even Corian) will dull the knives.
So what am I missing? Is there a type cutting board that
1) is reasonably safe for knives
2) is sanitary
3) doesn't stink like the food that was cooked on it
4) results in minimal surface wear
If not, what would be the best thing?
